Up until she began originating. she worked as a Real Estate Paralegal, handling conveyance transactions from start to finish. She has a strong background with title exams, clearing title issues, issuing title commitments, mortgage document preparation, HUD-1 preparation, conducting closings, disbursing funds, writing title policies, reconciling escrow accounts, etc...
